Noticeboard

30/09/2015

We are now able to offer Electronic Prescriptions, where your medication request is sent directly to your nominated pharmacy without the need to visit the surgery to collect your prescription form.

You can nominate any pharmacy to receive your prescription simply by visiting that pharmacy and asking for a nomination form.

For more information, speak to our reception team, your GP, or your local pharmacy.
