We are now able to offer Electronic Prescriptions, where your medication request is sent directly to your nominated pharmacy without the need to visit the surgery to collect your prescription form.

You can nominate any pharmacy to receive your prescription simply by visiting that pharmacy and asking for a nomination form.

However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know. Speak to Mike, our practice manager or our reception staff who will be happy to help. We have a practice-based complaints procedure in line with national guidelines. In the majority of cases, concerns can be resolved quite easily.
